Study more, study forever
Before update 12.1, the Learning More Learning Core was the most difficult upgrade to use in the Arena of Truth. With the requirement that the Scholar general must survive to receive more skill damage, you must have a long winning streak to get a lot of attack stats from this core of technology. Obviously, in order to realize that, gamers need to be extremely lucky such as upgrading the squad early, pairing many “suppressing” items, a condition that is too difficult.
Scholar promises to be even stronger in patch 12.1 with a series of buffs from Riot
However, with the rework in version 12.1, the Learning More Learning core will become a lot easier to use. Basically, Scholar units will definitely receive 2 skill damage from this core, if they survive, they will receive the same amount of additional stats. So your Scholar units will get a decent amount of extra damage from this core regardless of whether they survive or not. With Heimerdinger being buffed, Lissandra not being nerfed, this core will be even stronger in the next patch.
Homemade Armor
Needless to say, this core is designed for gamers of the “unlucky” system when it provides non-equipped units with a small amount of defense. Normally, you wouldn’t equip a champion when the item was too bad and that’s where the Homemade Armor core shines. Moreover, this core technology is also a good support option for squads that rely on a single key. The fact that both support units and not holding items become more “buffalo” will help the main team survive extremely well.
Homemade Armor helps champions who don’t often hold items still have good enough resistance
For the above reasons, Homemade Armor is a not too bad core in 11.24 and the chances are high that it will become even stronger in the upcoming update. The reason is because Riot greatly increased the bonus armor/magic resistance of this core in patch 12.1. Another thing worth noting is that Homemade Armor’s bonus also applies to summoned units on the field. Combined with the Inventor race being buffed, this core promises to become extremely powerful.
Burning Incense Censer
It is quite paradoxical that although the Wizard system is very strong, the core technology that directly complements this system – The Boiling Censer is rarely selected. The reason is that this core buffs the attack speed and is only suitable for pieces that deal strong physical damage. Meanwhile, in squads like Jhin – Guardian, Wizard – Scholar, there are too few champions that benefit from this attack speed stat. As a result, the Boiling Censer was unpopular even though it was a strong core.
Succulent Incense Censer after version 12.1 promises to be chosen more
And in version 12.1, this core’s attack speed is also buffed to 50% and promises to open up new gameplay around it. For example, team 6 Recycle combined with Janna, Taric can deal a lot more damage when Ezreal, Trundle have a lot of attack speed. In addition, the gameplay of 6 Assassins combined with Wizards is also worth choosing with the Boiling Censer core.
