1. Straw Hat Alliance, Galley-La, Franky . family
This alliance takes place at Water Seven heading towards Enies Lobby. In fact, at Water Seven, the Straw Hats clashed with Galley-La, the Franky family. The Franky family had time to confront the Straw Hats, while Galley-La hunted down the Straw Hats because they assumed Luffy and his friends were involved in the plot to kill Iceburg.

2. Alliance of Ninja – Pirate – Mink – Samurai
The beginning of this alliance was Luffy and Law’s cooperation in Punk Hazard. The original goal of the alliance was to take down Kaido. But actually Law’s main target is Doflamingo. Luffy and Law’s alliance then succeeded in taking down Doflamingo. Luffy and Law then continued to target Kaido.
But since Zou, this alliance has grown stronger with support from the samurai of the Kozuki clan and the Mink clan. The alliance is currently attacking Onigashima with all its might. But in chapter 1000, the Mink tribe, ninja and samurai tried to fight Kaido, unfortunately all lost. So the force that can be expected left to fight Big Mom and Kaido are the pirates.
3. The Straw Hat Alliance and the Firetank Pirates
This unexpected alliance takes place on Whole Cake Island. At first, you might think that Luffy would fight Bege because he was the one who brought Sanji to Big Mom’s territory and even betrayed the Pekoms. But in reality, Bege became Luffy’s ally because Luffy wanted to save Sanji’s family, while Bege’s goal was to kill Big Mom.
In the end, Luffy’s goal succeeded, but Bege’s goal failed. Big Mom is still alive and now a threat in Wano.
