Specifically, 99% of users gave positive reviews to the information provided during the process of learning about iTel network. Regarding service quality, the overall level of satisfaction with iTel's call and Internet quality is quite stable. In particular, the group of users over two years has a high satisfaction rate, this proves that iTel's quality has convinced customers, building solid trust with loyal customer groups. 92% of customers who have been with iTel for more than two years affirmed that they are satisfied and very satisfied with service quality.
Notably, 93% of customers said they would stick with it for a long time and continue to use iTel's services in the future.
