What do you think about a game that has a 95% positive rating with tens of thousands of compliments? Of course, it must be an extremely high-quality game, right? Even more amazing when such a terrible game is being 100% free. What are you waiting for without downloading?
The name we are talking about here is Brothers – A Tale of Two Sons, a cult masterpiece from producer Starbreeze Studios AB. The game was first released in September 2013 and immediately received much praise from the community and critics. In addition to a high rating of 95% on Steam, the game has also scored 90/100 (Metacritic) and 92/100 (GameRanking). All these achievements have partly affirmed the undisputed charm and quality of Brothers – A Tale of Two Sons.
There is not a long story with many secrets and unknowns, no colorful, splendid graphics and no too detailed gameplay, but Brothers: A Tale Of Two Sons still attracts players with a game. Meaningful adventure and touching moments of two sons for their father.
The game begins with the sad memory of his younger brother about the day when a sudden accident at sea took his mother away from him forever. But that may not be the end of the series of unfortunate days that the two brothers are going through because right now, the respectable father still has to fight every day with a serious illness to live.
In order to save their father from the hand of the approaching death, the two brothers have no choice but to find the Water of Life in an extremely remote and dangerous place. Like fire and ice, two brothers are two opposite personalities but complement each other, perfecting each other to survive all hardships and challenges in an adventure that will never return.
The gameplay of Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons is also relatively simple and easy to remember because the player does not have to use too many control buttons like many other fighting or fighting adventure games. All players need to learn is the skill of controlling the two brothers to move and interact with the corresponding buttons for each. However, it seems that these simple listening operations are the main difficulty that players encounter in Starbreeze’s game.
Currently, Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons is releasing for free on the Epic Games Store. If you are interested, download the game here.
