Riot Games also revealed that K’Sante is one of the few characters in League of Legends who has a “beautiful ending” in their romantic relationship.
In recent days, K’Sante is attracting the attention of many LoL gamers. The reason is that in addition to his “200-year” skill set, Nazumah’s Pride also has a unique storyline in his relationship with Tope (The Archer).
Accordingly, K’Sante is the first black champion of League of Legends in the LGBTQ community. But not stopping there, Riot Games recently revealed that it will launch more LGBTQ champions in the future:
“I know it can’t be perfect, because a gay male champion can’t make up for all the weird champions we haven’t worked on… And it’s a start, now we’re going to do it once again, and again, and again, without stopping.” – Riot Yuujou revealed in the post about K’Sante on the homepage of League of Legends.
In it, the word “odd” was recorded as “Queer” by Riot Yuujou – this is also the meaning of the letter “Q” in LGBTQ. So many gamers are sure that Riot Games will launch more LGBTQ champions in the near future, or maybe it’s a character that only appears in the storyline around the Runeterra universe.
Not stopping there, Riot Llama also shared more about the relationship of K’Sante and Tope in the new storyline posted by Riot Games:
“Historically, no matter how the media portray LGBT relationships, we can do better. Not many characters in League of Legends have a positive ending in romantic relationships, but K’Sante does. It’s not perfect, but it’s a good start.” – Riot Llama talks about the relationship of the champion from Nazumah.
