The Ministry of Information and Communications recently said that the TikTok No O No channel is a violation, so any brand that books this channel to advertise is also a violation.
Recently, Tiktoker No O No has received thousands of comments opposing or even boycotting because of “dirty content”. Specifically, this young man posted a video of the nature of charity, but his actions and words in the clip towards an elderly person made the audience strongly condemn. He is said to be disrespectful and insulting to the grandmother and the viewers.
After the incident, No O No had to pay a fine of VND 7.5 million to the authorities for providing and sharing information that was offensive to others, not in line with fine customs and traditions. In addition, the young man also uploaded a video to apologize to the audience and went to the grandmother’s house in the video to apologize. However, the online community still believes that such disregarding actions must be handled and punished appropriately and thoroughly.

To prevent the above situation, the Ministry intends to build a “black list” of websites, social network accounts, content creation channels that violate the Cybersecurity Law, bullshit, bad content that causes consumption.
