Jujutsu Kaisen is a popular anime adaptation of a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Akutami Gege, serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine since March 2018. The manga is published by Shueisha and has had 21 volumes have been published as of December 2022. The story follows Itadori Yuji, a high school boy who secretly joins the Magician organization with the ambition to destroy a powerful cursed spirit named Ryoumen Sukuna. The War Spell is a continuation of Akutami’s previous work, Tokyo Toritsu Jujutsu Koutou Senmon Gakkou (War Spell 0). An anime adaptation produced by MAPPA aired its first season on television from October 2020 to March 2021.

Plot Itadori Yuuji is a first year high school student living in Sendai with his grandfather.
