What if legendary strategist Khong Minh obtained an isekai after his death? The answer is the anime Papiri Koumei.
Basically, the official release date is April 5. That’s in Japan, but online it’ll be fine for a few more days.

Potential? – Yes. Difference? – Yes. But to get to the top like Attack on Titan is impossible.
And to “escape” from the boring lines, we will come to the plot of the Papiri Koumei anime. The main character here is Khong Minh – the legendary strategist. According to history, he should have died. But for some unknown reason, he was not sent to the afterlife. The place he came to was Shibuya – a bustling and prosperous urban area in Japan. At first, he suffered from total culture “shock”. But thanks to his intellect, he soon assimilated into the new society. And of course, his talent has another place to “use martial arts” – managing singers. With his ability, he helped Eiko Tsukumi step by step – an unknown singer who helped him rise to the top.
From what I read, this is a manga with great potential for an adaptation. The plot is really new, capable of blowing a new wind for the “background” of our country’s anime (if it’s famous, I’m not sure). Unfortunately, EiShun Team has stopped translating for some unknown reason.
