Kodoani.com – Anime website adaptation of Maiko Uchino’s manga of the same name is Slow Loop revealed the second trailer of the anime. The website also revealed the singers, photos, three more cast members, and a January 7 premiere date.
The new voice cast includes Kaori Nazuka as Ichika Fukumoto, Natsumi Murakami as Futaba Fukumoto, and Honoka Inoue as Aiko Ninomiya.
Pokapoka Ion, a new music unit consisting of Nao Tōyama and Kiyono Yasuno, will perform the opening theme song “Yajirushi.” Rin Kusumi, Natsumi Hioka, and Tomomi Mineuchi will perform the ending theme song “Shuwa Shuwa” under the name Three ∞ Loop.

Noriaki Akitaya is directing the anime at CONNECT. Yuka Yamada (Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid, Asteroid in Love, Umi Monogatari) is in charge of the series scripts. Shoko Takimoto (BONJOUR Sweet Love Patisserie, ORESUKI: Are you the only one who loves me?) is the character designer, as well as the main animation director. Takurō Iga (Asteroid in Love, Case File nº221: Kabukicho) is composing at Flying Dog .
The manga story centers on Hiyori, a girl who enjoys flying fishing by the sea, an activity passed down to her by her late father. On an ordinary day on the beach, she runs into Koharu, who happens to be her step-sister after her mother’s new marriage.
Uchino published the one-shot manga with the same title in Manga Time Kirara Forward magazine in April 2018, before releasing the series in September 2018.
