Rie Takahashi as the pilot looking for MIA sister in Osamu Yamasaki’s story
An original television anime titled Tōshinki G’s Flame) will premiere on October 12. Director Osamu Yamasaki is drafting the original story and overseeing the series’ scripts.
The sci-fi story is set at the end of the 21st century in a world invaded by the Nergal, giant beings from space. Reika Minamiya, the protagonist who joins the anti-Nergal AG unit to find her missing sister, becomes the pilot of an ancient humanoid robot known as “G’s Flame.” Along with her rookies, she overcomes the anxieties and uncertainties of adulthood.

The anime will premiere on Tokyo MX on October 12 at 7pm, and then on BS NTV on October 17 at 11pm. The anime will also begin streaming on various services in Japan at noon on October 11.
Hisayoshi Hirasawa is directing the sound and Toshiki Kameyama is directing the dialogue recording. Shun Narita and ISAO are composing music. Kūhaku Gokko performed the opening theme song “Ten”, and GARNiDELiA singer Maria performed the ending theme song “Galactic Wind.”
