Attack on Titan: The Final Season 2 will premiere in Japan on January 9. The final season of the popular anime will adapt the remaining chapters from Hajime Isayama’s manga. The final season for the series will once again be produced at studio MAPPA, who took over production for the show after Wit Studio animated the first three seasons of the anime. The premiere of The Final Season Part 2 will be preceded by the release of three special synopsis, which will showcase the compiled version of the previous 75 episodes of the anime. The special synopsis will also feature footage from the series’ OVA (original video animation) releases, showing key events from the main anime through the perspectives of different characters, such as like Levi and Mikasa.
