Finally, publisher EA has released details for Battlefield Mobile for the upcoming beta.
With Battlefield Mobile gearing up for its next beta later this month, pre-launch leaks by dataminers have pretty much revealed some of the content we’ll see soon. Renowned leaker Shaun Weber has managed to get data on several maps, weapons, gear accessories and more to be added. Here is a breakdown of the leaked data that you should check out.
New map in Battlefield Mobile
Up to 3 new maps have now been revealed and a guide map for the Grand Bazaar (the one we saw in the previous beta) has been added. Those three new maps will include:
Operation Metro
Operation Metro is a map from Battlefield 3 set on a subway line. In the heart of the scene of long-range and short-range gunfights with a fairly narrow area.
Lofoten
The Lofoten Islands are from the map in Battlefield V and are part of Norway. Mainly push players to engage in close combat with each other, and also have large areas as well as quite a lot of barricades and docks.
Antelope
Not much is known about this map as it appears to be a brand new map in the entire series, possibly making its first appearance in Battlefield Mobile.
Battlefield Mobile: Weapons and Equipment
Quite a few new weapons have been added to the game and the full list is given below:
Assault Rifles
AUG A3 F2000 FAMAS M16A4 QBZ-95-1 SCAR-H G36C MTAR-21
LMG
LSAT MG4 PKP QBB-95-1 U-100
Sniper Rifle
338 Recon CS-LR4 Scout Elite SKS SR338
SMG
Shotgun
Handguns
Melee
Grenade
M84 Flashbang MK2 Grenade
Launcher
New game mode
In the information that Shaun gave, it also revealed that new game modes will be available in Battlefield Mobile including:
Rush: The game will be divided into 2 factions, the attacking team and the defending team. With a nature similar to the Detonation game mode, the attackers will organize an overflow and place mines in the key points. While the defenders will have to clear the mines and successfully defend.
Conquest: In Conquest, the player must capture and defend control points while trying to kill members of the opposing team to 0. This was part of the previous beta.
That is almost all the information that has been revealed by Shaun Webber. More military equipment to move around on the map (previous beta had Tanks and ATVs). Looks like Battlefield Mobile has more content than Battlefield 2042 post-launch. While there’s no global release date or beta yet, players can pre-register right now, and it’s only available on Android.
