In the face of negative criticism and disparagement in the online community, Coach Ren had a determined response.
In recent years, the absence of international tournaments such as MSI or Worlds has caused the Vietnamese League of Legends teams to have an invisible gap with foreign teams. Not only that, this year, the VCS Spring 2022 champion – GAM Esports attended the 31st SEA Games, so the spring runner-up – Saigon Buffalo also received a lot of criticism when attending MSI 2022.
Among them, there are many comments that are also sarcastic about SGB and think that this team will end the group stage with a score of 0-6: “SGB won the first match*, SGB went with alms tickets, SGB is full of muzzle,…”
And in response to those negative criticisms and criticisms, coach Ren recently made a surprising statement: “SGB without reaching the top 6, Mr. (Ren) quit his job as a coach at SGB. Vietnam says it does, I’m proud to be Vietnamese, proud of my homeland.”
Coach Ren announced a surprise on his personal Facebook.
Immediately after posting, Coach Ren received thousands of interactions and comments from the gaming community. Among them, there were many comments cheering “Mr Ren”: “That’s good sir, just try to overcome it because of the pressure to create diamonds,…”
A lot of comments cheered “Mr Ren”.
But on the contrary, there were also many sarcastic comments about Coach Ren and thought that he would soon leave the position of SGB coach: “You were about to join another team, didn’t you say that, Welcome SE Ren, you cleared the way. SE, SGB is about to have a new coach,…”
A series of sarcastic comments about Coach Ren.
