Kodoani.com – Shueisha’s Jump Festa ’22 event on Saturday revealed a new and visual promotional video for previously announced, anime based on the manga’s “thousand-year blood battle” story Bleach. The video reveals that the anime will premiere as a television anime in October 2022 on TV Tokyo. The event confirmed that the anime will include the rest of the original manga until the end.

The event also confirmed the show’s cast and voice cast.
Tomohisa Taguchi (Twin Star Exorcists, Kino’s Journey – The Beautiful World, Akudama Drive) will replace Noriyuki Abe to direct the anime at Studio Pierrot. Masashi Kudo will return as the character designer, and Shiro Sagisu will return to composing the music.

The anime’s returning voice cast also includes actors who haven’t appeared in the anime, but are taking on roles from the Bleach : Brave Souls game.
The event also streamed a 15-minute video recap of the previous anime.
The final season of the Millennium Blood War is the final season of the manga and consists of volumes 55-74.
Kubo launched Bleach in Weekly Shonen Jump in 2001 and ended it in August 2016. Viz Media published the manga in North America in digital English, and Shueisha published the new chapters in Japan. Viz Media also published the manga.
The series had a 366-episode television anime adaptation between 2004 and 2012. Viz Media acquired the television and home video rights to the anime in 2006. The series premiered with an English dub in Adult Swim that same year, and finally aired all episodes in 2014. The anime franchise also includes four films and two OVAs.
Bleach has also adapted games, novels, stage plays, and a live-action film that opened in July 2018.
