ByteBrew is known as a mobile game analytics platform, founded by brothers Cameron Hozouri and Kian Hozouri. The platform equips game developers with a suite of useful products: from analytics, revenue tracking to player action measurement and ad attribution… It’s important information for game developers. developers need in promoting their game business. To date, this is a free platform used by more than 5,000 mobile game studios.
Recently, ByteBrew said it has raised an additional 4 million dollars (about 98 billion dong) for the latest integrated version. Of the newly successfully raised capital, venture capital fund Konvoy Ventures accounted for the largest proportion on the list. It is known that this funding will be used in developing more new technologies and expanding the operation team.
Thanks to ByteBrew technology, game developers can gain full insight into the performance of their games, thereby making important decisions about game design, development direction and sales plans… Representative of the founder, Kian Hozouri shared in an interview about the history of ByteBrew:
“ByteBrew was originally a game studio, created by two brothers without the financial backing of any video game maker. When we developed games, we worked with a lot of people. different publishers with the desire to scale but not very smoothly.
There are times when we wish we could say out loud ‘Hey, I don’t need a publisher anymore, I can self-publish my game. I have the experience, the toolset, the technology to scale myself.” And after many efforts, we have made that dream come true.”
Kian Hozouri’s game product was temporarily successful, but there was no profit because it had to use 5-7 different platforms to get enough information for the goal of expanding the game. Every platform costs money. So the brothers decided to do everything themselves, creating all the tools a developer needs, integrated in one platform. And that’s ByteBrew.
ByteBrew launched in July 2021, completely free. The founders expected about 50 downloads, but in fact they achieved more than 2,500 uses by the end of 2021. Currently, the number has reached 5,000.
“It’s bigger than we could have imagined. Up to now, our operating apparatus is still only two people” – Kian Hozouri could not hide his pride.
The newly raised capital will help Kian Hozouri and his associates make even more useful contributions and accelerate the development of ByteBrew.
