Oly Sport will organize the first Esport NFT tournament exclusively for the Vietnamese community with a prize size of up to 50,000 USD.
Recently, Caster Jay officially took the position of Oly Sport Community Development Director at the party at InterContinental Hotel (Tay Ho, Hanoi), during this party he also announced the latest information about the Esports tournament. The first NFT in Vietnam.
Due to the development of the COVID-19 epidemic, Oly Sport CEO and Co-founder Jimmy Chan was not able to be present at the ceremony to congratulate Caster Jay. But through the short video sent, Jimmy Chan expressed his deep interest in the Vietnamese market as well as his appreciation for Caster Jay’s influence and understanding on blockchain in general and NFT games in particular.
Thereby, Jimmy Chan represented Oly Sport and sponsored $50,000 in prize money for the tournament that Caster Jay proposed. As planned, the first Esports NFT tournament in Vietnam will take place from January 20-27 during Testnet 2 of Oly Sport.
According to the share from Caster Jay, this NFT Esports tournament will have great prizes such as a VinFast e34 electric car for the Champion, $10,000 for the runner-up and $5,000 for the Champion of the tournament.
Talking about the prize of the Champion, Caster Jay said that VinFast will apply blockchain technology to the ordering experience and confirm ownership of VinFirst NFT. This is quite close to the technology applied in Oly Sport such as NFT, blockchain and VR virtual reality.
As for Oly Sport, this is an NFT game that is oriented to build a long-distance product with an Esports strategy of horse racing. In particular, virtual assets will be secured by real assets – real land, thereby bringing stability to the economy in the metaverse of Oly Sport.
