PG: Psycho Goreman is a Canadian science fiction film that tells the story of two children who accidentally revive an alien warlord. This lord is named “Psycho Goreman” by one of the children, Mimi, and is forced to do her bidding due to her possession of the crystal that gives him powers, while Mimi teaches PG about life on Earth and handsome boys, an alien warrior named Pandora has come down to Earth to stop PG once and for all.
The horror comedy shares a number of qualities, including a dark sense of humor and a love of gore, with Fujimoto’s own Chainsaw Man. The popular manga series is one of the biggest hits that have appeared on Shonen Jump in the past few years and will soon get an anime adaptation by studio MAPPA. The series is localized and distributed by VIZ Media in North America, although finding physical copies of the series can be difficult due to the ongoing manga scarcity.
