Gen.G Esports’ humorous tiger uniform at Worlds 2022 still makes Chovy feel nervous as he enters the new season.
In the 2023 LCK Kick-Off event, Chovy and his teammates in Team Deft won against Team Faker with a score of 2-1. Accordingly, each player on the winning team will be able to design a unique expression for himself.

After a good start to the new season, Chovy had an interview with reporter Ashley Kang and brought many interesting things. The most notable of which is the story surrounding Gen.G Esports’ jerseys in recent times.
Chovy also took advantage of this event to show off Gen.G’s uniform in 2023. In which, both the competition t-shirt as well as the jacket are very eye-catching. Black color is still the dominant color along with the highlight of the team logo. In addition, on the back of the jacket is a more impressively designed Gen.G representative tiger, which makes Chovy feel more excited than the tiger face image on the shirt at Worlds 2022.
“When we went to take pictures of our new uniform for Worlds 2022, as soon as I saw that shirt I thought maybe this was a joke. I told my teammates that they would probably bring out other shirts, right. Even the moment I packed that shirt into my suitcase to go to America, I still couldn’t believe I would wear it at Worlds. I still have hope that when I get there the team will bring out new uniforms, but of course nothing.” Chovy recounted.
“I give the new uniform 15 out of 10, because compared to the 2022 Worlds version, it really has a lot of difference.”
