Fnatic head coach, YamatoCannon, recently expressed his opinion on the issue of massive game bugs at Worlds 2022.
The problem of game errors that took place in the match between GAM Esports and TOP Esports has been hotly discussed by the community in recent days.
In the past few days, the world League of Legends community has been talking about a serious error in the match between GAM and TES in Group C. In the decisive situation at the end of the game, Malmortius’s Passive was not activated, causing Malmortius to not activate. for Gunner JackeyLove was quickly defeated, creating conditions for GAM to flip the bet.
After much controversy, experts competed to assume that situation based on in-game parameters and confirmed that it was a real bug, not just an image. Some fans in China even petitioned Riot to replay the match, but until now, the 2022 World Championship BTC has not said anything.
Recently, coach YamatoCannon commented on this incident and said it was too familiar in tournaments. The captain of Fnatic confirmed that Riot will never say anything when these bugs have already happened.

“Riot won’t say anything about game bugs because according to their rules, if players don’t report it at that point, nothing will count. I remember seeing matches where there was a glitch but wasn’t allowed to pause the game or use a chronobreak.” Coach Yamato Cannon shared on Twitter.
This is not the first time at Worlds 2022 that a game error has occurred. Before that, the fact that Orianna had an error showing the wrong ultimate caused Riot to temporarily lock this champion. In addition, there is also a bug where Gnar uses Boomerang Throw but flies in the wrong trajectory.
