CyBall is a “soccer-card” game with NFTs where players can collect, trade, mentor, and train CyBlocs to create character competitions. Initially, the game will be launched on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) platform.
What is Cybloc?
Cyborgs are humans combined with robots in sci-fi theories, in the future they will become mechanized creatures. This idea inspired the gameplay of CyBall where each CyBloc would be represented by an NFT (Non-Fungible Token), which is essentially a cryptographically unreplicable certificate. Each CyBloc will have its own unique code (ID), this ID will exist forever in the game and stay on-chain. So, the lower the ID of a CyBloc, the closer this CyBloc was created to the genesis time (the first generation of CyBloc was created).
Team modes in CyBall
The game modes in Cyball include friendly, championship, cup match or practice model so that players can participate in different matches.
Friendly match
Players can enter Friendly mode for their CyBlocs to participate in regular PvP battles.
This mode will provide a relaxed, not too serious gaming experience where most players can practice and get some rewards with CyBall’s Play-to-Earn mechanics.
CyBall’s matchmaking system will ensure that only teams with similar overall stats (OVR) are matched against each other to create a level playing field for all users.
CyBall . Championship
The Championship is where players compete to rise to the top of the leaderboard. This mode will compete seasonally and can be divided into several levels to cater to teams of different ratings.
To participate, players must create and register a squad of 7 CyBlocs (5 starting and 2 subs) before the start of a season. This lineup will have to stay the same throughout the season.
At the start of each scheduled match, the team owner must select 5 CyBlocs that will participate in the match and 2 CyBlocs that will sit on the bench.
At the end of each season, teams will be rewarded according to their respective positions, in addition to promotion or relegation depending on the end-of-season results.
Cup Tournament
The Cup Tournament is the premier prestigious event and will feature only the best teams at the highest level of competition.
To participate, players must receive an invitation from the organizers. After accepting the invitation, players can proceed to create and register a team of 7 CyBlocs (5 starting and 2 subs). This lineup will have to stay the same throughout the tournament.
At the start of each scheduled match, the team owner must select 5 CyBlocs that will participate in the match and 2 CyBlocs that will sit on the bench.
At the end of each tournament, the teams will be rewarded according to their results. Each CyBloc on the winning team will be awarded a trophy, which will be included in their profile page.
CyBall game practice mode
This mode is a training mode with Machines, this is a game mode that makes it easy for players to upgrade CyBloc faster without requiring energy.
Currently Cyball is conducting a closed Alpha Test and will soon launch complete versions in the near future.
