Date A Live IV Anime Announced April 8 with Visual

Kodoani.com – Official website of the anime series Date A Live IV posted the April 8 premiere of the new anime and visuals on Monday. Along with familiar characters, the image also features new Spirits Nia Honjō and Mokuro Hoshimiya:

The anime will premiere on AT-X on Friday, April 8 at 10:00 p.m., followed by Tokyo MX, KBS Kyoto, Sun TV, and BS11. The anime was originally slated to premiere in October, but was later delayed to this year due to “various reasons”.

Nobunaga Shimazaki as Shido Itsuka

Marina Inoue as Tohka Yatogami

Misuzu Togashi as Origami Tobiichi

Ayana Taketatsu as Kotori Itsuka

Iori Nomizu as Yoshino

Asami Sanada as Kurumi Tokisaki

Maaya Uchida as Kaguya Yamai

Sarah Emi Bridcutt as Yuzuru Yamai

Minori Chihara as Miku Izayoi

Ayumi Mano as Natsumi

The new voice cast includes Akari Kageyama as Mokuro Hoshimiya and Hitomi Nabatame as Nia Honjō.

Jun Nakagawa will direct the anime at Geek Toys.

Fumihiko Shimo is overseeing the series scripts, Naoto Nakamura is designing the characters, and Go Sakabe is returning from the previous three anime to compose the music.

Miyu Tomita will perform the opening song “OveR” and the sweet ARMS will perform the ending theme song “SOS”

Kadokawa announced a new anime in the franchise in September 2019 and revealed a fourth season in March 2020.

Tachibana launched the light novel series in March 2011 with illustrations by Tsunako. Kadokawa’s publisher Fantasia Bunko published the 22nd and final volume in March 2020. Yen Press is publishing the novel in English.
