“When I was assigned the task of becoming a coach for two Vietnamese student teams, it was not surprising that I had also been a gamer for many years and also worked with a number of different coaches. The difference compared to being a BLV or a Streamer is that I need to learn more deeply and in detail about the meta of the tournament in Thailand.
The biggest difficulty when being a coach for students is probably that my approach is different from your peers. When applying coaching in the way of a professional team, you guys seem “overwhelmed” at first, then I had to make certain adjustments in the way of coaching “- the young coach confided.
Talking about future development orientation, PS Man affirmed to still maintain his job as a BLV for Lien Quan Mobile. If there are more congress-like tournaments like the last one, he does not hesitate to continue to contribute as a coach if possible.
