This year’s 31st issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine revealed on Monday that ‘ Kimetsu Gakuen! ‘ Spinoff short anime based on Koyoharu Gotouge’s manga Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba will receive its own manga series.
New manga, titled Kimetsu Gakuen! , will premiere in September in Saikyo Jump magazine on the 4th. Natsuki Hokami (Hell Warden Higuma) will draw the manga, and the manga will feature characters in the super-deformed style.
Four Valentine’s Day themed anime shorts “Kimetsu Gakuen Valentine-hen” premiered on February 14. The anime features manga characters in a school setting.
The characters Tanjiro, Nezuko and Giyu Tomioka will appear in the game: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Chronicles of Hinokami (Kimetsu no Yaiba : Hinokami Kepputan) as playable characters.
Gotouge launched the original manga in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in May 2016. The manga ended May 2020. Shueisha officially announced the manga’s 23rd compiled book volume in December 2020.
The series inspired a television anime that premiered in April 2019. Following the anime movie Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train in October 2020. The franchise’s new TV anime franchise, Kimetsu no Yaiba: Yūkaku-hen will premiere this year.
