Many GAM fans are very worried when this team cannot practice at Korean rank and practice with LCK teams until the end of this year.
A few days ago, the VCS organizers announced to sanction 4 players including GAM Divkid, GAM TomRio, TS Jarvis and LX Killerqueen for toxic behavior when climbing ranks at the Korean server. The penalty for these 4 players is a 1 match ban at the VCS tournament and a Korean rank account lockout until the end of 2022.
It seemed that only Divkid and TomRio were the only two names who lost the opportunity to practice at the Korean LoL server this year, but the rest of GAM’s players were also unfortunately “spoiled”.
More specifically, the community is spreading rumors that all members of GAM have their accounts locked due to a member violating twice at the Korean server. The reason is because all Korean accounts of GAM members have stopped “tryhard” for nearly a week.
The matter became even clearer when fans posted in GAM’s fan group, implying that because of Divkid and TomRio, the whole GAM team had their Korean ranked climbing accounts revoked:
“Hopefully, this time, Divkid and Tom don’t Trashtalk in Korean rank anymore, now the Korean acc has been revoked and the whole team is so worried.” – post in fan group.
Right below the post, GAM’s COO – Khanh Hiep (Izumin) also did not deny the information and left a comment as if implicitly admitting this harsh truth: “Don’t mention it anymore.”
Below the post, many GAM fans also expressed concern when this team lost the tool to “tryhard” at Korean rank. Many people also speculate that GAM will lose the ability to scrim with LCK teams because there is no account at the Korean server.
Not only that, many gamers are quite sorry for Kiaya because this player is at the top of VCS in terms of Korean Challenger points (Hakunaa Matata account with 951 points), having his account revoked will make Kiaya lose the opportunity to step in. Top 10 Korean Challenge.
