1. Tony Tony Chopper
The first character on this list is Tony Tony Chopper, the doctor of the Straw Hats. He is from Drum Island and is the only crew member born in the Grand Line. Chopper is a reindeer that ate the Hito Hito no Mi Devil Fruit that has the ability to transform its user into a hybrid or have human consciousness and intelligence.

2. Pappug
Pappag is a starfish of the mermaid Camie. Surprisingly, Pappag is a designer and famous in the One Piece world as the owner of the Criminal franchise.
Interestingly, Pappag can speak like a human, because in childhood, Pappag thought he was a human. As soon as Pappag realized that he was not human, Pappag was able to speak human language.
3. Onimaru
Onimaru belongs to Wano’s koma-kitsune fox and it has had time to fight Zoro in human form.
Onimaru ate the mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit Hito Hito no Mi, model: Onyudo, allowing the user to transform into an Onyudo, a large demon in the form of a monk.
Although Onimaru has never spoken in his fox form to date, Onimaru in his Onyudo form communicated with Zoro when they fought at the Oihagi Bridge.
This means that Onimaru is the same as Chopper. Onimaru also gained the ability to talk like a human after eating the Zoan Hito Hito no Mi Devil Fruit.
4. Manticore
Manticore is a lion parody of human voice.
The Manticore is a lion-shaped animal with a human face that appears in Impel Down 2nd floor.
Slightly different from the others on this list, Manticore can only talk like a human but cannot communicate like a human. That is, Manticore can only imitate human conversation without knowing what it means.
5. Sphinx
The Sphinx is a typical animal of the One Piece world, with a lion-like appearance but with a human face and feathery front legs like that of a bird.
Like the Manticore, the Sphinx can also speak like a human but cannot understand the meaning of speech.
