Goku is currently having a hard time battling Gas in Dragon Ball Super, but there are several strategies he can use to finally defeat the villain.
Akira Toriyama’s Dragon Ball Super continues to grow and remains compelling, becoming the signature shonen series for nearly four decades. There is currently no end to the adventures of Goku and the other Earth defenders. In Dragon Ball, there is always a bold and dangerous villain appearing.
Dragon Ball’s villains are becoming more and more terrifying, and the events of the manga are now tied to the rampage of Gas, a member of the Heeter gang. Goku struggles in his battle with Gas and his monkey strategies repeatedly fail against him. But there are still some compelling strategies to employ.
Will Bardock’s memories give Goku a new state?
Dragon Ball Super is getting a lot of interesting details that have never been seen before, with the revelation that Goku’s father, Bardock, was resistant to powerful attacks from Gas. The current story indicates that Goku’s success against Gas will depend on his knowledge of Bardock’s past battle strategies, which seems to be a completely new transformation. .
The fact that Goku has Bardock’s memories could create a better version of Infinity Instinct, or even mark the launch of an entirely different state. It’s been a pleasure to see Bardock help his son push his limits, even if it’s done after he’s dead.
Teleport to Broly’s place for help
Dragon Ball fans couldn’t contain their excitement when the Dragon Ball Super: Broly movie officially introduced the Legendary Super Saiyan into the main story of the franchise. Since the end of the movie, the audience has not seen Broly again, but he will definitely return in Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero.
Maybe Broly will appear in Dragon Ball Super manga. Goku’s Instant Transmission allows him to teleport to many powerful warriors. The most logical strategy would be to bring Gas to Broly’s location, and have both these powerful Saiyan warriors defeat him.
Infinite Instinct and Ultimate Self fight together
Goku’s infinite instincts have helped him overcome opponents like Jiren and Moro, but this is still just something Goku hasn’t fully mastered. Recently, Vegeta has undergone a new transformation of himself with the Ultimate Self.
The Saiyan Prince first revealed this new state against Granola. Goku is facing Gas on his own, but maybe a real partnership between Ultra Instinct and Ultimate Self could eventually defeat Gas. While these two states are completely opposite, now they can also become a very relevant thing.
Granola is healed and becomes a hero
Gas appeared as the final villain behind Dragon Ball Super’s Granolah the Survivor Saga, but this arc begins with Granola’s rampage. Gradually he learns that the Saiyans are his current allies, not enemies, and they put all their efforts into fighting Gas.
Gas injured Granola with a near-fatal blow, but luckily Goku’s Instant Transmission gave Monaito more time to heal Granola. It is possible that Granola will use her new powers to assist Goku in defeating Gas and becoming a hero.
The Dragon Balls are an amazing source of power, but they are also dangerous when in the wrong hands. Dragon Ball Super has seen many new consequences for Dragon Ball lately as characters like Granola and Gas aspire to become the strongest warrior in the universe, but at the expense of their lifespans being shortened.
This strategy is a bit unfair and Zeno may decide to disable the Dragon Balls as an example. Zeno was even able to punish Gas with Granola for both manipulating powers like a god.
