The Vietnamese LoL fan community continues to receive good news from GAM Esports when the issue of visa application for players is showing quite positive signs.
4 out of 6 GAM Esports players have passed the interview and will be granted a visa soon. This is the official announcement that the defending champion VCS has just sent to the community.
Meanwhile, the other 2 members also have quite positive signs and are in the process of supplementing information for the embassy. The two will continue to have another interview this week and GAM is quite confident when confirming that everything will be fine soon.
It is expected that the official visa application results of the whole team will be available and officially announced on September 23. This is considered the right time so that the whole team can rest assured to prepare for the journey to the US to attend Worlds 2022 as well as help the fans feel secure after a series of bad information over the past time.
The GAM representative also said that Riot and related parties are also working hard to help the two representatives of VCS present at Worlds after 2 years of absence. Previously, Saigon Buffalo updated the situation was not very positive when only 3 players passed the visa in the first interview, Hasmed, Taki and Richard. Coach Ren and the rest of the members will continue to interview this week, most likely the results will also be on the same day as GAM.
With the start of Worlds 2022 in the Play-In Round, SGB will be the team that needs to go earlier. According to Mr. Ren’s share, the flight schedule to Mexico has been arranged on September 24, the team will have about 1 week to prepare before the first matches of the tournament start on September 30.
