In March of last year, a new MOBA game appeared on the mobile platform called Legend of Ace that launched gamers in the Southeast Asian market, including Vietnam. On the App Store, Legend of Ace claims to be “The best MOBA on Mobile” – roughly translated as “The best MOBA game on mobile”. Besides, Legend of Ace also has 100% Vietnamese. On Google Play, Legend of Ace is considered by many gamers to be quite good, even having more than 5 million downloads since March 2021 to now.
However, Legend of Ace is not a MOBA game that is mentioned a lot in the Vietnamese market, until recently when this game introduced a champion called Loki. It is worth mentioning that as reflected by the Coalition community, Loki is strangely similar to General Paine. From appearance, outfit, style to style, even the expression of Loki’s face is very similar to Paine’s.
On the fanpage of Legend of Ace, a series of comments from the Lien Quan gaming community have reacted to this Loki general. It is worth mentioning that not only Vietnamese gamers but also Arena of Valor players of the Southeast Asian market have also reacted.
Of course, there is no proof that Legend of Ace copied Lien Quan, but this is purely the opinion of the gaming community. In fact, in the history of the world game village, it is not that there have never been “same” cases, but the self-proclaimed original version can’t do anything.
