In recent years, we must be familiar with the awards of the gaming industry such as The Game Awards or Esports Awards. These awards are born to honor the best games, game makers every year as well as top athletes and content creators.
The League of Legends community also organized an award to honor Riot’s games called Necrit Awards
For gamers who love League of Legends in particular and Riot Games’ games in general, this year they also organized an award of their own. This award is named after its creator – Necrit when this is a YouTuber who is extremely passionate about the plot of LoL and has been with this game for a long time. Not League of Legends, Ruined King is the game voted by gamers as the best Riot game
As mentioned above, this award is extremely “coffee” in nature. The reason is because although it was created to honor Riot’s games, League of Legends was completely empty-handed in the game categories. Especially in the two awards “Newly created content” and “Best Riot Game”, the Ultimate Spellbook mode and League of Legends itself failed.
Even at the “Best Short Story” award, it was awarded to writer Matt Dunn’s work The Last Chapter Soates. If you remember, it was Riot Games who cut the contract with this guy despite knowing that Matt Dunn was in an extremely difficult situation. This award is nothing more than a mockery aimed directly at Riot when they fired their best writer.
