Young AD carry Peyz is also a solid support for GEN after a 2-1 victory over DK and is the perfect piece to replace Ruler.
Yesterday, we continued to watch another interesting pair of matches when DK continued to have to change heads with another strong team, Gen.G – the team was equal in points compared to DK and is keeping the winning streak after. The team’s opening defeat to T1 was the team’s previous defeat to DK.
It was expected to be a tense match or at least there would be game 3 but no, GEN destroyed DK and ended the match with a score of 2-0. A very surprising and somewhat disappointing thing for the fans. Canyon still did well but DK’s singles proved too weak, both games ShowMaker was almost non-gaming while Chovy completely excelled in farming and game impact.
Doran also had a good match against Gnar and K’Sante, but what made fans “eyes of the letter A and mouth of the letter O” was the young ADC Peyz. It will be too early to give Peyz the title of the best young player in the LCK or 2023, but the current performance of Peyz and Gen.G is really convincing and is a good candidate for 1 of 2. slot coming to MSI 2022.
