Top LCK jungle star DK Canyon has admitted to learning from SofM’s daring movement style to take on T1.
In the last match day of the LCK Spring 2022, DWG KIA regained their form and won 2-0 against a Liiv SANDBOX that almost reached the bottom of the spring standings.
DK Canyon won 2,000 support points in the LCK.
After the match ended, player DK Canyon became the focus of the match when he shone in the match and won a record 2,000 support points in the LCK. So it’s not surprising that this jungle star was asked by many reporters about the situation of DWG KIA as well as himself.
But surprisingly, Canyon was asked about the “divine” jungle robbery in game 3 with T1 two weeks ago. More specifically, Canyon used Gwen to hide in the dust and steal the Red buff and then defeated Xin Zhao in Oner’s hand.

Although DWG KIA still fell to a T1 that was too high in the end, no one can deny that Canyon’s mutant jungle robbery at level 1 created a huge advantage for DWG KIA in game 3.
Talking about this jungle robbery, Canyon said: “I often call it a ‘SofM move. I still remember back in Worlds, where many teams used to move together down a certain lane in scrim. So I learned from SofM that I should find a way to sneak into the enemy’s jungle to surprise, because the enemy will have to rush back without checking the bushes in the jungle.
In game 3 against T1, I saw all 5 of them in the top lane so I sneaked into their jungle right away. Fortunately, the plan worked and made my Gwen much stronger than the opponent. I think SofM would do the same in that case.”
This has made many fans of SofM at VCS as well as LPL feel proud. Because in addition to specializing in thinking up strange ways, SofM’s bold move style “unlike anyone” is also what causes many opponents to “headache”.
