There are rumors online that people involved in the development of Grand Theft Auto 6 are hinting at an upcoming trailer.
Although almost nothing has been officially announced for the game, Grand Theft Auto 6 is one of the most anticipated games currently in development. As a result, there isn’t too much speculation running rampant online, whether it’s rumors about Grand Theft Auto 6 or outright misinformation. It’s happened again, this time due to some curious activity around some of the musicians/YouTube users who have covered a lot about Grand Theft Auto.
The two people who are attracting a lot of attention to Grand Theft Auto 6 right now are musician and Youtuber KRYPTO9095 and actor and YouTuber El Nitro 56. However, there is a network of others with many claims surrounding the two. who makes the situation unreliable. It started with KRYPTO9095 making a Twitter post saying “GTA 6 coming #GTA6” with a gif of the artist holding a Rockstar sticker.
After KRYPTO9095 posted on Twitter, he followed it up with a banner simulating Grand Theft Auto 6 added to his YouTube channel. At this point, fans aren’t sure what KRYPTO9095 is trying to say, but speculate that he may be acting or making music for GTA 6. It was discovered that the official Rockstar Twitter account was following KRYPTO9095 on Twitter fueled this speculation.
That’s when El Nitro 56 enters the story. After the rumors surrounding KRYPTO9095 went viral, El Nitro 56 made a series of responses to the KRYPTO9095 and Grand Theft Auto 6 leak accounts. He said things as if he were a colleague of KRYPTO9095. KRYPTO9095, that the leakers were “close to the truth” about KRYPTO9095’s involvement with GTA 6 and most interestingly an upcoming Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer. Another puzzling statement from El Nitro 56 says, “One city, two different times,” presumably implying that Grand Theft Auto 6 will have two timelines.
Without corroborating evidence, KRYPTO9095 and El Nitro 56 are unfortunately unreliable sources. While it’s certain that both men could be active in music or contributing to Rockstar, it’s also possible that they are just fans excitedly sharing speculations that they’ve heard of grapes. This is not the first time this has happened to content creators.
However, before completely dismissing the whole situation, there is one confirmed piece of information to consider. Take-Two Interactive, Rockstar’s parent company, is holding its earnings conference on May 16. In 2021, Rockstar announced planned updates to Grand Theft Auto Online and Red Dead Online a few hours before call takes place. In other words, there’s a chance that Rockstar could make an announcement ahead of this year’s call. Grand Theft Auto fans will likely be excited.
