Kodoani.com – Kadokawa revealed the first promotional video on Monday for the television anime “The Foolish Angel Dances with the Devil” (Oroka na Tenshi wa Akuma to Odoru), adapted from the manga by Sawayoshi Azuma. Through the video, it was confirmed that the anime will premiere in January 2024.
Along with that, details about the singer and the title song were revealed. The group “Taiyō to Odore, Tsukiyo ni Utae” will perform the opening theme song “Otowa,” while Kaori Ishihara will perform the ending theme song “Gift.”
The story revolves around Masatora Akutsu, a demon who is on a recruitment mission at a human high school, with the goal of recruiting allies for Hell to fight the angels of heaven. However, everything changes when he encounters Lily Amane, creating a fun and interesting story.

Sawayoshi Azuma launched the manga “The Foolish Angel Dances with the Devil” in Kadokawa’s Dengeki Maoh magazine in June 2016. The 15th compiled volume is scheduled to premiere on October 26, and the first volume of the manga The side story will also be published on the same day.
