It could even be called a simulation of Jin Dan’s hell life if it weren’t for the change of status quo in the last few chapters. It would be an overstatement to say it was a relief to see that happen. But with the author’s brutal approach to Little Doc, you can never know what will happen to him.
The last few chapters have not had any terrible conflicts that make the life of the “bottom” miserable later. However, his heart is not in the right place now, but it is a good and even desirable thing. It’s not a fujoshi story if alpha and beta are in each other’s arms after trials and tribulations.
However, the conflict between the two main characters is due to circumstances and the player works hard to get. The conflict between the main characters is watching one of them get hit by a truck and the other a truck. And the person hit by the truck is none other than Kim Dan, who doesn’t know what his life will be like.

Jinx Chapter 31: Know What?
Jinx Chapter 31 (and the story before it) experimented with the genre and ignored it, which is not what many series in most of Manhwa would say. Furthermore, it doesn’t go too deep into it and delivers the status quo that the reader craves in the series.
The conflict that eventually leads to the character becoming one (literally and figuratively) is the main draw of the genre but this series. The main attraction of this series is to look directly at the reader and capture their curiosity despite all that Kim Dan has to go through. Such audacity by an author is rare but welcome.
Even so, it doesn’t look like much will change to the industry or how the Fujoshi sub-genre will begin to experiment. While this series has followed the formula to the very end, it just shows it from a different perspective. And opinion writing is one of the more powerful ways in manhwa, however, every time you come across such a spelling, the expectation that it will be done right increases.
The same can be said for this story, or at least its impact. When this series ends (we don’t know when, as it hasn’t been announced yet) expectations for this story to be executed like this will soar. And will make the author more valuable as they are testers of the genre.
What to Expect in Jinx Chapter 31
Jaekyung’s reaction in Jinx Chapter 31 will resonate for the next chapters and even shake his relationship with Kim Dan. Technically, he owns Doc, not only emotionally but financially. Jaekyung is the benefactor of the weaker at this point and is a bit dodgy when he gets into trouble with Kim Dan.
However, early in the series, it’s hard to tell what he’s thinking; Writers like to keep their intentions private. And the weight of thinking about what’s going on inside falls on the shoulders of Kim Dan, who always falls short of the MMA fighters. This is also why these series work well because they work as a good self-insertion.
The new addition to the series, the flirty K-pop idol, will be an important character in the upcoming chapters. And speaking of important characters in the future, will the return of Potato have any effect on the relationship between the two male leads? That guy just comes and goes like nothing happened, he turns out to be a red herring in the end, but you can never be sure with this series.
Jinx Chapter 31 will be available to read on Lezhin.
