After 2 weeks of release, the total revenue of the movie Jujutsu Kaisen 0 in Japan has officially reached 6.7 billion yen and the film has not shown any signs of cooling down.
After more than two weeks of release, the current sales of Jujutsu Kaisen 0 have been announced. In an official press release, Toho confirmed that the film has surpassed 6.7 billion yen (US$58.36 million) at the Japanese box office, higher than the third highest-grossing film of 2021, Mamoru Hosoda’s BELLE.
As of Friday, January 7, Jujutsu Kaisen 0 has brought in more than 6.7 billion yen (US$58.36 million) in Japanese theaters after 4.9 million tickets sold. This surpasses BELLE’s final gross of 6.53 billion yen (US$58.92 million), the film is still on track to pass the 10 billion yen mark, and the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 movie is very likely to become a hit. The highest will enter the top 10 highest-grossing animated films of all time (in Japan).

Jujutsu Kaisen 0 is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Gege Akutami. Jujutsu Kaisen 0: Jujutsu High follows Yuta Okkotsu. He is hunted by his late childhood friend Rika Orimoto who has now become a special class curse.
