Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 239 will have a different title, introduce something else under the title “Baka (STUPID) Survivor” and start with a different scenario in a place far away from the battle in Shinjuku. A girl, an awakened witch is running away from someone.
The girl’s monologue reveals that she is running away from Kenjaju and she screams at him by saying that it is too cruel for someone to take their lives after only giving them life with how to turn them into a cursed object.
While fleeing, the girl becomes trapped inside a jellyfish-like cursed spirit and listens as Kenjaku replies that he does not care about the awakened witches and proceeds to kill her.
The girl tried to resist but she could do nothing against Kenjaku, who eventually killed her. Kenjaku mentioned that he applied the reincarnated’s cursed objects and cursed symbols to the awakened ones so that they could be tracked down.
Another person arrives on the scene and says that Kenjaku shouldn’t talk to a dead person. It is revealed that that someone is Hazenoki. Kenjaku joked with him about who could be his friend and mentioned that they should be as strong as him and not bore him but Hazenoki didn’t want to be friends with him.
Kenjaku kills Hazenoki but someone else is here to challenge him
Before fighting Hazenkoi, Kenjaku watched Gojo being defeated by Sukuna on his phone and he realized how Sukuna did it and commented on Gojo on his face. Kenny further explains that he left behind many cursed souls to watch the main battle and witches like Maki and Yuta who need special attention.
Kenjaku then uses the cursed souls to surround Hazenoki but then Hazenoki uses his cursed energy-soaked tooth to escape the cursed souls that explode upon contact. He tried to run but Kenjaku surrounded him with cursed souls.
Before dying, Hazenoki learns that Kenjaku’s true goal is revealed to be uniting Tengen with all the people in Japan. Hazenoki cursed him as he died.
After Hazenoki died, Takaba appeared on the scene to fight him. Kenjaku doesn’t even ask questions, attacks him and wonders why Takaba came alone but says it doesn’t matter because he doesn’t care about other awakened witches besides Higuruma.
Takaba survived the attack, much to Kenjaku’s shock. Takaba screams at Kenjaku and says he deserves to go to jail for attempted murder. Last page of Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 239 shows Takaba challenging Kenjaky by saying “There are a lot of things to get excited about in the world but the number one thing that gets you excited is when an entertainer who is just there to match the numbers takes over the entire Chap present” and Kenjaku confirms you are right.
