The official Twitter account for Kodansha magazine Nakayoshi revealed on August 12 that Shin Kibayashi and Rima Amamiya will be launching a new manga temporarily titled Gifted in the magazines as well as on Kodansha and the manga app Palcy this coming winter. Shin Kibayashi is a writer who writes many manga under many pseudonyms. Under his real name, he has written manga such as Kaze to Kaminari and Shima Kōsaku no Jiken-bo. Under the pseudonym Tadashi Agi (which is the pseudonym of him and his sister Yuko Kibayashi), he is best known through the Drops of Goda manga series. His other pseudonyms include Yuya Aoki (GetBackers), Ryō Ryūmon (Bloody Monday), Seimaru Amagi (the original idea of the Kindaichi Case Files), and Yuma Ando (Psychometrer, Psychometrer Eiji, Sherlock Bones).
Under the pseudonym Hiroaki Igano, he collaborates with Kaya Tsukiyama on The Knight with The Knight in the Area manga, and is collaborating with Tsukiyama again on the new manga iContact, which will premiere in Kodansha in Magazine Weekly Shōnen on the 25th. .
