With this new game bug, the gaming community can immediately ban “toxic” opponents or teammates in League of Legends.
In the past, League of Legends appeared countless different game bugs on both the PBE test server as well as the official servers, even many gamers took advantage of the “damage bugs” to climb the rank with absolute win rate.
However, recently, the gaming community has fallen into the “crying and laughing” scene when League of Legends appeared an extremely interesting game error.
More specifically, Riot Games has accidentally turned the in-game chat channel of League of Legends into a place… to write code for gamers. In which, players can send in-game icons such as physical damage, armor, magic resistance, Challenger icon, Master, etc. by typing the code on the chat channel.
Not stopping there, this game bug also has an “ultimate” line of code that helps any gamer to ban all players from chatting in a game.
Typing THIS disables chat for everyone…
Accordingly, anyone who types the code “%i:” players on both teams will be banned from chatting, must re-type “%” to unlock the chat.
Basically, of course, this game bug will not affect the matches much because it has no direct impact on damage, health or any other stats.
However, Riot Games is still mocked by the gaming community as “an entertainment company, 200 years of experience in making games without a day without game errors, …”
