Update 12.22 has just landed at the Vietnam League of Legends server, the screen in the match suddenly appeared an “eye-catching” message, causing the community to stir.
On the server managed by Riot Games, League of Legends is labeled 13+ (Teen ESRB). On Garena’s server, this game is labeled 12+ with the note “Playing more than 180 minutes a day will affect health”.
But recently, right after update 12.22 landed on the League of Legends server, this game was labeled 18+, causing the community to stir.
But what makes the gaming community uncomfortable is the appearance of the message “18+: Playing for more than 180 minutes a day will adversely affect health” right in the match.
Accordingly, many gamers have criticized and decried VNG vehemently because they think that the new publisher of League of Legends has “labeled 18+” as well as placed an announcement right in the match.
In addition, there are also some gamers who think that changing the language of League of Legends to English will no longer appear. However, update 12.22 introduces a lot of innovation in Summoner’s Rift, especially new equipment. So many players want to use Vietnamese to clearly learn the features of new equipment.
Currently, the case is still receiving a lot of mixed opinions.
“Whoever criticizes the logo as useless, think twice. This recommendation will help the company avoid being sued…”
“The most useless logo on earth.”
“I keep looking at the annoying logo when I hit it.”
