Yoshiki Nakajima, Atsumi Tanezaki to star in anime at studio ENGI
Kodoani.com – Kadokawa announced on Tuesday that the light novel Unnamed Memory Kuji Furumiya’s anime will be adapted into a television anime in 2023.
Kadokawa also revealed. celebratory illustration from chibi novel illustrator and manga artist Naoki Koshimizu.
Kazuya Miura (Trapped in a Dating Sim: The World of Otome Games is Tough for Mobs, Kan Colle Season 2: Let’s Meet at Sea) is directing the anime at ENGI. Deko Akao (Komi Can’t Communication, Noragami, The Case Study of Vanitas) is composing the series, and Chika Nōmi Kan Colle Season 2: Let’s Meet at Sea, Kemono Michi: Rise Up) adapts the original design by chibi. Characters for cartoons. Akito Matsuda is composing the music.
The anime will feature Yoshiki Nakajima as Oscar and Atsumi Tanezaki as Tinasha.
Witches—century-old wizards whose power is great enough to cause disaster. Oscar, crown prince of the mighty kingdom of Farsas, was cursed as a boy who never had an heir. Hoping to break the spell, he searches for Tinasha, the most powerful witch on the continent. To meet her, he climbed her tower, as she is said to grant wishes to anyone who successfully fulfills it. Furumiya began serializing the novel on the “Shōsetsuka ni Narō” website in September 2012. Kadokawa began publishing the novel in print with chibi illustrations in January 2019.
The novel is ranked #1 in the 2020 edition of Kono Light Novel ga Sugoi!.
Naoki Koshimizu launched a manga adaptation of the novel in Kadokawa’s Weekly Comic Dengeki Daioh magazine in September 2020.
