General level 1
Annie

– Skill: Annie deals 225% magic damage to the current target. After 4 uses of the skill, Annie gains 50% attack speed and the skill will deal damage to 1 more target.

– Superstar effect: +20 AD
– Skill: Deals 325% physical damage to enemies around the target within cell range, while also causing a deep wound effect.
Evelynn
– Race: K/DA
– System: Enthusiasm
– Superstar effect: +150 health, +10 AP
– Skill: Deals 200% / 300% / 450% magic damage to the target. Within 50 seconds, Evelynn gains 50% attack speed and heals 25 / 30 / 35 health on attack.
Jinx

– Super Star Effect: Machine Guns gain 1% more attack speed, Rockets get 10% more damage.
– Skill: Jinx rotates between 2 weapons, Machine Gun and Rocket.
– Machine Gun Passive: Attacks give 4% more attack speed.

K’Sante

– Superstar effect: +300 health
– Skill: K’Sante enters defensive stance, reducing damage taken by 50% for 2.5 seconds. K’Sante will then deal 700% physical damage to the current target.
Kennen

– Superstar effect: +100 health, skill helps restore 2% of maximum health
– True Damage effect: Damage and stun duration increased by 60%.
– Skill: Kennen deals random damage to 3 random enemies within attack range, dealing 60% / 90% / 135% magic damage and stunning them for 1 second.
Lillia

– Superstar effect: +150 health. Skills restore 20% more health.
– Skill: Lillia deals 180% / 270% / 400% magic damage to surrounding enemies, and heals herself (200% / 240% / 270%) and allies (100% / 120% / 135%).

Yasuo

– True Damage effect: Skill instantly kills enemies below 10% health.

Level 2 general
Aphelios
– Race: HEARTSTEEL

– Superstar effect: +20% AD
– Skill: Aphelios uses Moonlight Guidance, dealing 700% physical damage to the current target and 10% damage spread to surrounding targets. The current target will be stunned for 1.5 / 1.5 / 2 seconds. If the target is knocked down, nearby enemies will be stunned for 1 second.
Bard
– Race: Jazz
– System: Excellent
– Super Star Effect: Every 10 seconds, Bard receives 1 meep. The next time Bard uses the ability, Meep will play 1 more note.
– Skill: Bard will randomly play the following notes:
+ Doot: Deals 140% / 210% / 305% magic damage to the target
+ Chime: Restores 120 / 150 / 180 health to the ally with the lowest health
+ Tip: 1% / 1% / 3% chance of dropping 1 gold and playing 1 more note
Garen
– Race: 8-Bit
– System: Guardian
– Superstar effect: +400 health
– Skill: Garen gains 150/175/200% of his maximum health. Garen’s next attack deals (160% Attack Damage + 10% Health) physical damage.
Gnar
– Race: Pentakill
– System: Super Freak/Crazy Fan
– Superstar effect: +200 health. As soon as combat begins, Gnar will transform into Mega Gnar
– Skill: Gnar jumps into the current target, turns into Mega Gnar, receiving 500/600/750% health and 75% AD. When using the next skill, Gnar will deal 350/350/355% physical damage to the target.
Gragas
– Race: Disco
– Type: Gladiator
– Superstar Effect: Reduces damage taken by 8% and deals 8% more damage
– Skill: Gragas recovers 300/400/500 health in 2 seconds. Gragas then deals 150/225/350% magic damage to nearby enemies, reducing their attack speed by 50% for 3 seconds.
Jax
– Race: EDM
– System: Super Quai
– Superstar effect: +200 health, +20% AP
– Skill: Jax will jump into the enemy with the most health in range and deal 200/300/450% magic damage to them. Jax will then rotate his weapon, dealing 160/240/360% magic damage to nearby enemies and gaining 10% AD and AP for the remainder of the fight.
Kai’Sa

– Superstar effect: +15% AD, +1 dash range
– Skill: Kai’Sa dashes to another location within 2 cells, firing missiles at the farthest target, dealing 40% / 60% / 90% AP + 240% / 240% / 250% AD to enemies First to get hit.
Katarina

– Superstar Effect: +200 health, final blade deals 66% more damage
– Skill: Katarina throws the blade at the current target, bouncing 3 times, each time dealing 170/255/400% magic damage.
Kayle
– Race: Pentakill
– System: Saint Ra De
– Super Star Effect: +25% attack speed
– Skill: Within 5 seconds, Kayle’s attacks deal 40/60/90% additional magic damage, passing through enemies in a wave pattern, causing them to lose 30% magic resistance for 4 seconds. After 5 seconds, Kayle will deal 180/270/410% damage to all enemies around the target.
Pantheon

– Superstar effect: +200 health, +20 armor and magic resistance
– Skill: Pantheon reduces (15 + 15/15/20% AP) damage taken for 2.5 seconds. Pantheon will then deal 200% physical damage to the 3 enemies that dealt the most damage to Pantheon.
Senna
– Race: True Damage
– System: Contact
– Superstar Effect: +10% AD, increases the skill’s area of effect
– True Damage effect: Reduces maximum energy by 15
– Skill: Senna summons a speaker to the target, dealing 105/155/225% magic damage 3 times to all enemies around the target within 1 cell.
Seraphine
– Level 2 general
– System: Magician
– Superstar Effect: Every 2 times using the skill, Seraphine will sing the High Note one more time, dealing 60% damage and recovering 60% health.
– Skill: Seraphine’s high note will target the location of the most units, dealing 130% / 200% / 300% magic damage to enemies and healing 80% / 120% / 160% health to allies in the area affect.
Twitch
– Race: Punk
– System: Executioner
– Superstar effect: +15% AD, +20% critical chance
– Skill: Twitch throws an explosive compound at the target, dealing 300% physical damage to all enemies within 1 cell. After 7 seconds, it will explode again and deal 40/60/80% damage to enemies. Random enemies within 2 cells. Each enemy critically damaged from the first burst will take additional damage from the second burst.
