The LCK Spring 2023 Playoffs will begin on March 22, 2023. The 1st and 2nd place teams will go straight to the winning bracket semi-finals, while the 3rd to 6th place teams will play in the quarterfinals (the 3rd place team is allowed to choose an opponent). From the semi-finals, the 2 losing teams will drop from the winning bracket to the losing bracket. Meanwhile, the two winning teams will advance to the finals of the winning bracket. The winner of this pair of matches will advance to the grand final, while the losing team will have the opportunity to repeat in the losing bracket final, facing the winner in the losing bracket semi-final.
