Kodansha USA published the manga in English and describes the story as follows:
Ichiko Aihara and her husband Otoya Aihara have been married for seven years. They are very compatible but have no sex and no children, so they agreed on the “allowing love outside of (official) marriage” regime. Otoya has a “love interest” named Mitsuki and Ichiko already knows about it. Looking at Otoya who is in love with Mitsuki, Ichiko also begins to change… In this new series, author Peko Watanabe tells a story about lies and truth in marriage. Whether they want to get married or not, the real life of this 30-year-old couple is accessible to everyone who is thinking about “marriage”.
