The series will premiere on Netflix on August 3.

Yanagi Shuntarō as Kenichirō “Kencho” Ryūzaki, Akira’s best friend. Kazuki Kitamura plays Gonzō Kosugi, Akira’s emotionally abusive boss at an exploitative company.

Surviving the zombie apocalypse beats being a salaried slave any day. After years of being a slave to a soul-crushing black company, Akira’s life has lost its luster. The guy lives in an apartment full of trash, the salary is meager, and he doesn’t even have the courage to confess his love to the beautiful co-worker. But when a zombie apocalypse wreaks havoc on the guy’s town, it gives him the motivation he needs to live for himself. Now Akira is on a mission to complete all 100 items on his to-do list before he… turns into a zombie.
The manga launched in Shogakukan’s Sunday GX magazine in October 2018. The series was nominated for an Eisner Award.
The manga is also adapting an upcoming television anime series that will premiere in Japan on July 9.
