Publisher Suiseisha revealed on Sunday that the yaoi – Bot . manga Mori no Kuma-san, Tomin Chu (Bear of the Forest is Hibernating) Haruchika’s anime will be adapted into an Anime ComicFesta that will air on television.
The story revolves around a bear living in the forest named Nowa. Nowa found a puppy named Airi a few years ago and is raising him now. When Nowa goes into hibernation for the winter, Airi is still just a pupa. But when Nowa awakens from her hibernation, he finds Airi has grown into an adult dog. The one-volume manga was published in Japan on Sundays and a limited edition bundled with a TV series CD.
The anime will star Kōhei Amasaki as Airi, Kazuyuki Okitsu as Nowa, and Kengo Kawanishi as a civet cat named Kou. All of the voice actors reprized their roles from the TV series CD.
