Manga set in the 18th century in the Age of Europeans Conquer the Seas launched in December 2015
The August issue of Shogakukan’s Monthly Shonen Sunday magazine revealed on Monday that Ryoji Minagawa and Fukuro Izumi’s Kaio Dante ( ‘Dante’ Ocean King manga) manga will end in the magazine’s monthly issue on the 12th.
The manga ended the “Atlantis Arc” in September 2020 and entered its final season in October 2020.
Minagawa and Izumi launched the manga in the magazine in December 2015. Shogakukan published the manga’s 12th volume on April 12.
Shogakukan describes the manga’s story:
It was the middle of the 18th century. Starting with the English language, Western European countries began to look to the sea in a turbulent age. In such an era, a young boy harbors great power within him. What fate awaits you as you struggle and weather the raging waves? An ocean spectacle romantic action story begins!
