Kodoani.com – Hakusensha opened a YouTube channel called “Hakusen Anime Channel” for the original anime, and it started showing an anime adaptation of the manga of the same name. Oni No Hanayome wa Taberaretai (The Demon’s Bride Wants to Be Eaten) on Monday.
The anime will have two seasons, and the second part will begin airing on December 27 at 8 p.m. JST.
Keiko Wang is writing the script. Mao Ueda was the planner. Ayato Utsunomiya is an animation producer at Magia. Tablier Communications is handling the audio production.

The story follows Mashiro, who was saved by the demon Shuten-dōji when she was a child. At 17, Mashiro was ripe for Shuten-dōji to eat her, so she decided to marry him. However, it seems that Shuten-dōji has grown fond of her and has no intention of eating her.
Hakusensha’s “Hakusen Channel” is also streaming Oni no Hanayome wa Taberaretai’s manga videos.
Sakano launches the manga in Hana to Yume magazine in 2020. Hakusensha publishes the manga’s third volume on the 19th, and the fourth volume on the 20th.
