The movie hasn’t come out yet, but Matt Reeves has the idea for a sequel to The Batman
It seems that director Matt Reeves is extremely confident about the success of The Batman when the film has not yet hit theaters and does not have the specific revenue that he has planned for the sequel. Even Matt Reeves and actor Robert Pattinson discussed introducing new villains that could appear in The Batman sequel, saying:
“Mr.Freeze would be an outstanding idea. I think it’s really a character that can be developed with a strong storyline in the future.”
Although it is such a calculation, who knows if The Batman has a sequel or not. Warner Bros. is famous for its decisions “going into the ground”, if the sales of The Batman do not meet their expectations, the studio is ready to discard all related ideas and once again “reset” the whole brand. brand. So, the fact that director Matt Reeves came up with the idea for the sequel only shows that he has a lot of faith in the work, but cannot confirm the future of The Batman franchise.
