His real name is Nguyen Le Bao An (28 years old). In addition to being a competitive gamer, he is currently working in IT in Ho Chi Minh City. Avi (Bao An) is the founder of Team Joy since 2021 and has achievements beyond expectations, which is attending the final round of VCT Challengers Stage 1. After no longer being a player, Avi became the manager of Team Joy. Champion of Computer Arena SS2/2022, and at the same time brought Team Joy to 43rd place in APAC on vlr.gg. Team Joy then changed the discipline to PC Pursuit (Battle Teams) from April 2023.
Sharing about the name Team Joy, Avi frankly shared: “The team name is Joy (Joy) – playing games is still for the purpose of having fun, but it’s not entirely just playing for fun, we always practice. Reporter: Why did the team choose Pursuing PC to pursue and develop a professional team, while currently in Vietnam there are many other famous FPS games?
Avi: PC Pursuit Game has the same emphasis on shooting mechanics as games that use ADS (Aim Down Sight) such as PUBG, COD, Apex Legends but uses tactics similar to tactical shooting games like CSGO and CF. Starting a new game always brings certain difficulties, but when the team finds a common voice and feels comfortable competing in Pursuing PC (Battle Teams 2). Therefore, everyone has the desire to accompany and hope to achieve the best results in this game.
Reporter: Up to now, what achievements has the team achieved and can you share more about the development roadmap and future goals?
Avi: Currently, Team Joy has achieved the following titles: Champion of Discord Dai Chien, Champion of Indo’s Metaco GG Cup and Top 8 in the world at Thien Hoa Cup 2023… These initial achievements are very necessary to encourage us. Avi: Because Avi did not have too much time to participate in practice or team game sessions, adding Mikey and Toka at the final stage was indeed the right choice when I first took on the position of coach of the team. team instead of main shot.
