Kodoani.com – Manga “In the Clear Moonlit Dusk” by Mika Yamamori has been on hiatus until early 2024 as the author needs time to recover. This information was announced in the November issue of Kodansha’s Dessert magazine. The manga is expected to return in April 2024 issue of the magazine.
Yamamori launched the manga in Dessert magazine in 2020 and the story revolves around Yoi Takiguchi, a girl known as “Prince” due to her male-like appearance and speech. When Yoi meets Ichimura-senpai, the only person who sees her as a girl, her life begins to change.
The manga has attracted readers’ interest and ranked 11th on the list of manga for female readers in the 2023 edition of Kono Manga ga Sugoi!.
Author Yamamori is also famous for other works such as “Tsubaki-chō Lonely Planet” and “Hirunaka no Ryūsei” (Daytime Shooting Star). She launched the manga “Tsubaki-chō Lonely Planet” in Shueisha’s Margaret magazine in 2015, and the manga “Hirunaka no Ryūsei” was adapted into a live-action film in 2017.
